The Advisory Committee was formed to encourage and increase Fractional Owners participation in the operations and affairs of the Club in order to create value and enjoyment of the Club for its Owners and their guests.
The Committee will contribute to the positive and constructive improvement of the Club by:
- Maintaining open, honest and constructive dialogue with all parties;
- Communicating information that has been verified and/or certified in order to avoid confusion;
- Documenting and considering all Owners’ and Members’ opinions on any particular issue;
- Prioritizing issues and suggesting solutions based on feedback received from all Owners and Members; and
- Responsibly working with Owners, Members, Management Team and the Founding Member to create a successful Club.
