Fruit Parfait Frutta Semifreddo

 



Ingredients to serve 8:
 
  • 500 gr of fruit yogurt (when possible, try to use the same fruit yogurt as the topping)
  • 250 gr of mascarpone
  • 200 gr pavesini biscuits
  • Seasonal fresh fruit
 
Method:
 

1. Mix the yogurt with the mascarpone adding a few pieces of the fruit.
2. In layers, add the Pavesini and yogurt/mascapone mix.
3. Finally decorate the top with the fresh fruit of your choice.
4. Leave to rest in the fridge for 4 hours.
