Tiziana’s Chocolate Praline

 



Ingredients for 30 Pralines:
 
  • 300gr Dark Chocolate
  • 100gr Almonds
  • 50gr Pine nuts
  • 100gr Pistachio nuts (non-salted)
  • 100gr Candied orange
 
Method:

1) Chop the chocolate into small pieces and let it melt in a bain maire stirring occasionally, once the chocolate is completely melted remove it from the heat and let it cool slightly.
2) Once the chocolate has cooled sufficiently using a table spoon make circular shapes.
3) Decorate with dried fruits and candied fruit and let it cool down completely before serving.
