Fulvio and Lee attended a memorable concert to honor Sig.ra Franca Falletti, who after more than 30 years leaves her position as Direttore della Galleria dell'Accademia. It was a very unique and emotional evening, with a number of respected artists presenting a very varied repertoire: from Bach, played on an original harpsichord, to Albinoni; from Piazzolla to Berio. But the highlight of the evening were World Premiers of contemporary pieces Schiavo che si ridesta, Schiavo barbuto, Schiavo detto Atlante and Schiavo giovane all of which were written and performed by Maestro Daniele Lombardi and dedicated to Sig ra. Franca Falletti and accompanied by a visual spectacle by the Art Media Studio projected on the dome behind the powerful shoulders of Michelangelo's David.
