For those of you who haven't yet visited Borgo di Vagli and had the enjoyment of experiencing Dina's mouthwatering casalinga cuisine in the Hamlet's trattoria I' cche c'é c'é, in each newsletter we continue to highlight one of Dina's popular recipes for you to try at home. This month we have highlight Dina's daughter, Tiziana's Chocolate Pralines.
Delizie del Borgo Tiziana's
Chocolate Praline
Ingredients for 30 Pralines
- 300gr Dark Chocolate
- 100gr Almonds
-
50gr Pine nuts
-
100gr Pistachio nuts (non-salted)

100gr Candied orange
Preparation
1) Chop the chocolate into small pieces and let it melt in bain maire stirring occasionally. Once the chocolate is completely melted remove it from the heat and let it cool slightly.
2) Once the chocolate has cooled sufficiently using a tablespoon make circular shapes.
3) Decorate with dried fruits and candied fruit and allow to cool completely before serving.
