You may remember that Jeremy had been awarded once in the past, so this is the second time we acknowledge his photographic talent: very nice picture Jeremy. Congratulations!
This shot is sublime and its angle very unusual. It's both technically perfect and emotionally intriguing. You can almost feel the warm air rising up from the valley on a sunny Spring morning. We particularly like the shaded stone wall on the left, which beautifully frames Pierle Castle in the distance, counterbalanced by the thick, powerful, dark green, overwhelming presence of the holm oak tree (leccio) outside Il leggio.
Again, Bravo !
