Ray and Sophia Ciaccio,

On our first trip to Italy, we fell in love… with the beauty and lifestyle of Italy. We dreamed of purchasing a vacation home in Tuscany. After a few months of research and many bottles of wine later, we realized that purchasing a home abroad was not as easy as one would hope. We began searching for alternatives options online and stumbled upon Borgo di Vagli and the fractional ownership concept purely by chance. We gathered and studied all the information and immediately booked an inspection trip and headed back to Italy. As we first arrived at the hamlet we were greeted by a fantastic staff. It was love at first sight and we knew, almost instantly, that we had to buy in. The views are amazing and the residences are of traditional Tuscan motif. The ability to own a home in Italy without the concerns of maintenance and upkeep really peaked our interest.During our inspection trip we were able to visit numerous Tuscan and Umbrian villages, with Florence just over an hour away. But more importantly there are numerous wineries throughout the region and festivals at any given time. Needless to say we signed up by the end of the trip.We have been back numerous times (usually twice a year) and have made new friends and lasting memories. Our son, who is now five, has been traveling to the Borgo from the time he was twenty months old. I think he is considered part of the kitchen staff. They go above and beyond to entertain him. Dina’s pizza is his favorite meal.We look forward to future visits and the ability to someday give our ownership to our son.
